So, since I can't see any signs of Spring outside...I will make my own Spring inside! And with that...I AM HAVING A GIVEAWAY! This will be a Spring Giveaway! Something that can bring a little cheer into my home & one lucky winners home as well.
What am I giving away?! Hmmmm, I don't know yet....LOL! But, this will encourage me to get back into my craft room and get some crafting done! Besides, I have a few designs that I have been thinking about so this will get me to finally make them! I have been so lazy (winter blues) with my crafting that I need something to motivate me....and what better way then to have a giveaway?!
"Where is Spring?!" Giveaway Rules:
1. You MUST be a follower of my blog! This means you must actually "sign up" to be a follower, not just check in daily. You can do so by clicking on the "follow" button on my right side bar. It will then prompt you from there.
2. You MUST have a blog of your own OR leave me your email addy in your post so I can email you if you are my Winner! I will NOT come looking for you (I will send you an email though), if you do not claim your prize with me within one week, I will also forfeit your name and draw another winner.
3. You MUST comment ONLY HERE on this post! I will not enter you any other way. Sorry, I draw my lucky number by random number generator and I do that with the number you have from this post only. This just makes it alot easier for me as I usually have atleast 150 entries or more.
4. Do NOT post about this Giveaway on your Blog!!! This is for my followers ONLY (that is why I do NOT put the word "giveaway" in my titles anymore)! I keep telling myself that we just need to get through this month and the rest will be all down hill. I think everyone is due for some Spring time. Can't wait to open the windows, see some flowers sprout, see some of that green stuff instead of white. Oh how the list could go on.

So this week I have not left my home barely got dressed all week that is so bad.So come on spring I can't go on like this much longer!!
ReplyDeleteSpring has also been absent from NE Indiana. Just when a glimmer of warm weather appears on the horizon we get more snow, more wind and more cold. But one sure sign of spring is maple syrup time and we have tapped 8 trees and made one whole pint of syrup so far. Hopefully more will follow.

ReplyDeleteI spoke with my dad in NC yesterday...he has daffodils poking up so the south is starting to see it! us yankees on the other hand....here we are hip deep in some spots but to the knee still in most areas.. and although I LUV the snow....I just keep saying ...soon...spring will be here soon ;-)

My husband and I grilled outside today and it was balmy in the 60s.
I just hope it stays this way so I can get the vegetable garden going soon. Love the blog! My favorite part is the wooden crafts, I've been making all sorts of things for the house!! Thanks for all the inspiration, Char!
I've also added a little twist to the corn bags, I sew them with unbleached muslin and then make "envelope pillowcases" for them so I can interchange the look and wash them! =D

ReplyDeleteChar...we didn't get one flake, but we lost power here for 3 days and nights! We had the wildest wind storms I have experienced in 60 years! Trees and wires down all over the place ..cars, houses and various other stuff destroyed. We are in NH, and it sounded like freight trains roaring through here Thursday night. We JUST got electricity back at our house around 10 tonight. Glad I decided to check my 'blogs'! I would love a bit of Spring- in any form--right about now!~ Please enter me in your drawing!

I've been looking for spring too. I think it's in hiding this year. I'm so used to my kids wearing shorts to school already, not this year, they're still wearing coats everyday. I'm so ready to put the winter clothes away, tired of seeing the coats. LOL
