Scissors need sharpening?
Scissors seem a little dull? Are they not are sharp as when you first purchased them?
Well, all you need to do is head to your kitchen and grab your self some Aluminum Foil! Just take your foil and fold it in half several times, then cut through it several times! Do this until you feel your scissors have been sharpened, it really does work in a pinch!

Great tip! Cutting sandpaper is a great way too!

I have also used a glass bottle to sharpen scissors. take it and "cut" into it (basically the scissors slide back and forth over the glass) , and that also sharpens the blades. Good tip Missy-Sarahlynn
