Rocky Road Brownies
Ingredients:
*1 quart Wide Mouth Canning Jar
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
* 3/4 coarsly chopped walnuts
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
Layer all ingredients (except marshmallows) attractively, in any order, into your Mason Jar. Pack ingredients down slightly before adding each layer. Place marshmallows on top of ingredients; as final layer.
Directions for making:
* 1 Jar Rocky Road Brownie Mix
* 1/2 cup butter, melted
* 1/4 cup buttermilk
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan. Remove marshmallows and set aside.
Place Brownie mix in a large bowl. Add melted butter, buttermilk, egg and vanilla; stir until well blended.
Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with several marshmallows. Bake 3 additional minutes to slightly melt marshmallows. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
