"Feast On" Friday & Giveaway Time!!!

Here is a great recipe for fast & easy cookies! This is a total "No Brainer", which is the only kind of baking that I excel in! I have used this recipe many times and it always turns out....well, unless I forget to set the timer and I am in the craft room. But, I do eventually remember they are in the oven.....WHEN THE SMOKE ALARM STARTS GOING OFF! So ladies, make sure you set your kitchen timer and NOT use the smoke alarm as one! hehehehehehehe Now, if I can only take my own advice!

Soft Cookies

Ingredients:

~1 box cake mix (any flavor)

~3 eggs

~1/3 cup of oil

~Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, cinnamon, peanut butter, peanut butter chips, raisins, sliced almonds, etc.

Directions:

In a large bowl, Mix Cake Mix, eggs, and oil together.

Take and fold into your batter your "Optional" goodies. I like to add atleast one cup or more of the "optional" goodies to the batter.

Drop onto a greased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes or until the edges begin to turn slightly golden brown.

Let cool for a few minutes on cookie sheet. Remove and place on a wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy!
